Today during sex ed.. (ya i know right sex ed at jc2, what purpose does it serve)
"What is marriage to you?"
Someone in my class answered "A temporary contract."
Haha, which is true lah to a certain extent. Used to have the wildest dreams that marriages are like the epitome of commitment and love for someone, the holy matrimony displays the interconnectedness of each others' hearts and what not. But now, i feel like. Whats the point of it anyway. It's just a piece of paper which somehow, you derive security from. A paper. Made from a tree. With your spouse's signature. How is that suppose to give you comfort and security compared to the perseverance through turbulent times and ups and downs that you have been through together as a couple?? To just attribute the trust for a lifetime to a dead weight contract, kinda harsh isn't it.
So maybe it is after all, a temporary contract.
On a lighter note, when my teacher asked "Do you have an ideal person that you want to marry?", Wanying immediately pointed to me and said "All South Korean boys!!!"

During lunch, i told japh "Eh i don't dream about stuff that won't come true ok. It's true that i will someday marry a korean celeb. Really." Japh replied "And i rest my case. Haha you have proven to be deluded to the point of no return."
Hahahahahaha~ Its the only thing that is distracting me from the stress of impending prelims looming just around the (devil's) corner. If judgement day is true, i'm pretty sure that cambridge examiners, inventors of algebra, science, physics and what not are the first to go to hell. Surely, causing distress to millions of children out there and depriving them of the freedom from guile, deceit, malice (of tutorials and exams) would for sure guarantee them a spot in the eternal burning abyss of flames in hell right.
Ok maybe i'll take that back in case karma hits and my results have to bear the brunt of my insolent comments. Sorry cambridge gods!! Hehe wo hai shi xiao hai zi dui bu qi~
Ok abrupt end of post. Wanted to neutralise the effects of this random post by posting the photo of my newest dream. But alas, blogger's being a bitch. >:(
