Watching reruns of The Big Bang Theory while thoroughly reflecting on my poor food choices. It is now clear to me that green tea at 7pm is not too wise of a beverage choice. The vitamin c drink I had after that because I was craving something sweet probably didn't help either.
I am simultaneously brain dead but awake at the same time. Kind of like how Batman was in The Machinist. Which was, by the way, an extremely abstract movie. And by abstract I mean crappy because who really gets abstract art anyway?
Speaking of poor choices, the following conversation took place just last Saturday.
Me: Anw there is this super cute guy in my Sat class!
G: Lol. Are you sure. Hot is you say or Huihui approve?
Me: Don't leh! He is cute la, not hot. Fine I take back the super. He's cute only.
G: Lol ask her to approve first then tell me about it hahaha!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
H: Hahahahahahaha. NO.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Me: Not cute. :'(
G: Hahaha told you to get approval from her first already.
After that the conversation topic changed to how cute babies were.
Speaking of conversations, the dude who sat beside me during social psych lecture actually took out a shawl to keep himself warm.
This picture actually looks pretty accurate to what he had on him. Hard not to notice, especially when it was being flipped around through most of the lecture. I think the shawl actually did more flipping than warmth-providing.
Me: Every time he flips his man blanket around I feel like laughing because all I can picture is this.
A: So is he Aladdin or Jasmine?
LOLOLOL. I think we might have settled for "somewhere in the middle" in the end.
Speaking of clothing items, I have yet to purchase my obligatory feminine outfit for Chinese New Year. I thoroughly embrace the term obligatory, considering how the dress I wore last year has not been worn out since...well, last year. This seems to be in direct conflict with my embrace-colours-and-girlishness shopping resolution I made, but we'll see how it works out.
I really should make my hot beverage choice with a little more thought the next time.
xx
