Random 3-4 hour naps in front of the tv/laptop are detrimental to my sleeping patterns. My body clock is confused.
Fri: Met with belly and pres for supper. Went home around around 3/4am? Fell asleep a little past 4am.
Sat: Woke up at 11am, couldn't fall back to sleep. (My aim was to sleep through noon and wake up for dinner.) Had lunch, watched a little gxj, and fell asleep again. Slept through 3pm to 7/8pm. SIBEI ENERGETIC ALR. Couldn't fall asleep.
Sun: 6am in the morning. Still not yet asleep. Apparently belly pres had an all-night dota marathon, so we went out for breakfast at 6.45am. Reached home at 8am and fell asleep. Woke up at 1pm. Had dunch (lunch + dinner) and fell asleep AGAIN from 7.30pm to 9pm.
Mon: Went to bed at 1.30am. COULDN'T FALL ASLEEP. Kangjie texted me at 3am and I was still wide awake lor. Fell asleep around 4am. Woke up at 8.30am.
I just plotted out my sleeping timeline from Fri. WAI SO WEIRD ONE. Pray hard I'll just peng san by 11pm tonight. My brain cannot function without normal sleeping patterns. Is this a sign of old age?????? I used to be able to survive all week with abnormal sleeping patterns leh. Then again....used to. :(
P.S/ Beyonce's sweet dreams is playing on the radio, and all I could think of is key dancing to it. Haha sibei ugly. (Sorry germ)
